From 27-30 March 2024, the international trade fair HOTELEX, one of the world’s largest and most important trade fairs in the hospitality and catering sector in Asia, was held in Shanghai.

The recent edition of the Hotelex trade fair in Shanghai was attended by many leading companies in the hospitality and catering industry, including our own Camurri Industries thanks to an invitation from our partner Mingdao. We had the opportunity to present the latest innovations and solutions for the hospitality industry and beyond.

The Chocolate Fountain is an irresistible addition to any event, offering a constant flow of melted chocolate that enchants and delights attendees. With an elegant design and impeccable quality, it is the perfect choice for creating an unforgettable experience for guests at any special occasion.

The Frozen is an innovative cold cream dispensing machine, suitable for cold chocolate. Versatile, it can be adapted for cold brew, offering a variety of refreshing drink options. Its flexibility makes it ideal for satisfying a wide range of tastes and preferences.

Our mission is to offer high-performance equipment. We specialise in different sectors bringing our know-how and desire to give the best service with the best product. Our machines are made to last, made entirely of steel, elegant and with a unique design.

The fair allowed us to get to know the foreign market better; according to data from theInternational Coffee Organisation (ICO), Asia is one of the growth regions for coffee consumption. In 2020, Asia accounted for about 30 per cent of the world’s coffee consumption, with a forecast of further increase in the coming years.
