Coffee Affogato

The meeting between gelato and espresso coffee is a timeless classic. The affogato enhances the creaminess of the gelato with the aromatic contrast of hot coffee, creating a multisensory experience perfect for every season. Our filter machines, such as the Termorapid, are ideal for this preparation: designed to optimize time and resources, they ensure a coffee with an intense aromatic profile, ready to use with minimal staff effort.

Tiramisù

Tiramisu is an Italian layered dessert made of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and cocoa. The quality of the coffee used is crucial to achieving the perfect balance of bitterness, sweetness, and creaminess. With Camurri machines, it is possible to brew a rich and deep filter coffee, ideal for both the classic tiramisu and its gelato reinterpretations.

For the pastry industry, the Termorapid Camurri machines can dispense up to 200 liters of coffee in only 80 minutes.

An espresso machine, to match this output, would require an operator to prepare approximately 6,667 coffees, taking a total of 111 hours.
