The mod. GC.20 Urn Assembly is a complete unit essential for producing, storing and dispensing
beverages (coffee, milk, tea and infusions in general).
Straightforward to use, it allows beverages to be distributed directly and meets all the demands of
a functional, modern catering service. It also allows direct beverage dispensing.
Unites 3 different completely independent appliances with individual dispensers in a single
model. The appliances can be used at the same time and/or individually. Maintains
beverages at a constant temperature for as long as required.
Consists in:
- n. 1 mod. T. 20 TERMORAPID COFFEE MACHINE which makes an excellent filter coffee.
Thanks to the “Camurri Patent” slow filtering system, the appliance allows considerable savings in
raw materials compared to traditional systems.
The flavour and aroma of the coffee are enhanced and preserved for the entire production cycle.
Produces from min. 5 l to max. 20 l in 40 minutes (approx. 200 100 cc cups of coffee per
production cycle).
Equipped with an 18/10 stainless steel filter mesh.
- n. 2 mod. BM.20 BAIN-MARIE UNITS completely independent of each other, for heating, and
keeping any beverage warm. Particularly indicated for milk and tea.
The bain-marie units offer the possibility of producing and storing hot water for making tea,
camomile tea or other infusions. Capacity: approx. 20 l each (100 200 cc cups every unit).
Made of 18/10 stainless steel.
Thermostatic temperature regulation.
¾ G connection on water inlet (cold water inlet).
Does not require fixed outlet.
Functional, straightforward to use, requires minimal staff employment and minimal maintenance.

CAMURRI @ HOST 2011
The last edition of Host 2011 has just successfully ended and as in any edition, it was a special and international meeting for all Ho.Re.Ca. professionals. We were back and we want to thank all the people who visited our stand (Hall 18, Booth E91 F90) and tested the quality of our equipments and tasted a good hot chocolate, a yogurth cup or an excellent Italian coffee. Italian and International customers have tested the high quality and the authenticity of Camurri’s machines, confirmed as the leadership in Tradition Made in Italy and the Italian Taste. This year we introduced two NEW CAMURRI’s products: the “BABY” chocolate maker (1 litre capacity) and Frozen Camurri dispenser, designed for the distribution of yogurth and cold drinks. Once again the fountain chocolate makers were the protagonists: their chocolate cascades fascinated all visitors. Thanks again everyone who visited us and see you soon to the next edition of SIGEP 2012 (21st-25th January – Hall A1-Booth 189).
