COMPANY
For over 50 years the Camurri company has been present with its patents on the Ho.Re.Ca. market as a leading company in the design, production, marketing and assistance of machines for the preparation of filter coffee, tea, frozen yoghurt, chocolate and chocolate in a cup machines, hotel groups, thermal and bain-marie containers, hot water producers, steamers and beverage dispensing trolleys.
Camurri’s patented equipment is unique and appreciated for the quality of its materials, practicality of use and versatility, and is the professional solution for the hotel, healthcare, catering and brewing sectors.
HISTORY
Federico Camurri, the founder of Camurri Industries, Camurri Brevetti and Camurri Gourmet, began at a very young age as an apprentice craftsman in the family business F.lli Camurri fu Silvio, ‘La Buteiga’, a forge and school of life for four generations. In the early 1970s, Federico Camurri assisted his father Sildo Camurri in setting up a new company: Camurri cav. Sildo e Figlio. The strong will to believe in his own ideas and the synergy between father and son meant that the company soon became a national and international leader in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.
It is in this reality that Camurri Industries S.r.l. has its roots, in a land, that of Emilia, where the link between the countryside and mechanics, art and gastronomy, combined with human ingenuity, have led to the birth of companies that are today renowned throughout the world. In 2012, the company, thanks to a further patent by Federico Camurri, presents itself in the ‘Brewing’ and ‘Food Branch’ sectors, with new equipment for agro-food processing through hot extraction of liquid products. In 2016, when the new generation joined the company, CAMURRI was transformed into CAMURRI INDUSTRIES S.r.l., bringing together the CAMURRI PATENTS and CAMURRI GOURMET brands. In 2023, Camurri Industries celebrated 50 years in business.

Another concrete example of our commitment to the environment is our choice of stainless steel as our main raw material, a noble and durable material in line with our sustainability philosophy.
CERTIFICATIONS
Camurri has been a certified company since 1996. Camurri has reached the important milestone of Quality System certification: UNI EN ISO 9001, thanks to the full involvement of all the resources of the Company, leveraging the set of those factors, technical, administrative and especially human that directly determine the Quality of the product and service.
Certification is experienced step by step toward Total Quality.
The CE mark, on the other hand, is the symbol that certifies that a product complies with European regulations on safety, health and environmental protection.
