The Camurri machines, sector by sector
A bar, a hospital ward and a school canteen can all use the same
machine in three different ways, and getting the capacity wrong is a mistake that costs every day. Here the equipment is grouped by how it’s used in the field, not by
technical category.

The right machine doesn’t depend on the location, but on the service
The questions that lead to the right choice are always the same three, and none of them concern the type of premises.
01.How many portions during peak hours
Not the total of the day: the concentration. A 50-room hotel with a single breakfast service has different needs than one with the same number of rooms and service spread over four hours.
02.How much distance between preparation and service
If the drink is prepared and served in the same place, you need capacity and maintenance.
If it has to go through corridors, floors or buildings, you need thermal containers and trolleys, and that’s a different problem.
03.How long does the staff have
A manned bar counter, an unmanned relaxation area and a canteen kitchen with short shifts require three different levels of automation: manual loading, connection to the water supply, scheduled production with timers.

Why choose Camurri?
We are a family-run company where every project is followed with care and attention, from the initial idea to the finished product.
Our work starts with custom design and takes shape on a simple sheet of steel, which is processed internally through all the stages: from machining and construction, to assembly and testing of the machine.
It is here that our craftsmanship is expressed in all its forms: every detail is directly supervised by us, with the aim of combining the precision of technology with the experience and care typical of Italian craftsmanship.
Our factory never lacks the aromas of cocoa, coffee and tea. Our machines are constantly tested and used to directly verify performance, reliability and the quality of the final result.
Camurri: quality, craftsmanship and family.
If your sector is not among these
The criteria do not change: start with the portions at peak times, the distance between preparation and service and the time available to staff.
Describing the situation, the technical office also indicates the configuration for contexts not listed here.
Frequently asked questions
How do you choose the capacity of the machine?
From the portions served during peak hours and the duration of the service, not from the number of covers or rooms. The range goes from 1 litre of the Baby melter to 200 litres of the Termorapid line: the technical office sizes the equipment to the specific case.
Does Camurri also sell to private individuals?
No. The production is intended exclusively for professional activities: bars, bakeries, ice cream shops, restaurants, hotels, catering, spas, healthcare facilities and collective catering.
Can I have custom configurations and finishes?
Yes. The trolleys are custom-configured and finishes include, in addition to standard stainless steel, 24-carat gold plating, rose gold and bronze. Customisations are considered on request.
What are the response times after submitting the form?
The response time for a commercial offer is within 24h
For Camurri, the quality of the product must be accompanied by a fast and efficient service. For this reason we have organised our service in such a way as to guarantee short response times:
- Customer service: within 24 hours
- Repair time: on average 4 days
- Delivery time: between 12 and 30 days
- Camurri directly deals with the customer, and we also rely on a series of retailers in the area to provide the customer with any technical assistance.
Do you need paper filters or other consumables?
No. Coffee and tea machines use a permanent, washable and reusable steel filter.
