The three hours that decide the day
01.Continuous dispensing during peak hours
The buffet must remain fully stocked while guests serve themselves. The GAT hotel unit dispenses one liter of hot water at 80–90 °C every two minutes on a continuous cycle; La Contessa produces one liter of coffee in four minutes and five liters of milk in half an hour. These are the numbers used to size a breakfast room.
02.A buffet that presents itself well
The breakfast room is the first thing guests see in the morning, and it goes straight into their reviews. Polished stainless steel, touch panels, and customizable finishes turn the equipment into a design feature rather than an obstruction to hide.
03.Out-of-room service
In-room breakfast, floor-by-floor service, terrace or poolside dining. Camurri thermal containers have a temperature drop of just 4–5 °C per hour and seamlessly lock onto stainless steel trolleys with a bayonet system, so beverages stay hot wherever they are needed.
04.High staff turnover
Hotel seasonal staff turnover is high. The machinery must be simple: intuitive, straightforward controls, preset doses, automatic cleaning cycles, and permanent stainless steel filters with zero consumables to manage.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Which machine is needed for a 50-room hotel breakfast?
Typically, a system integrating filter coffee, milk, and hot water in a single service point—such as the 9-liter GAT Hotel Multi-Beverage Unit or La Contessa—is the ideal solution. However, selection depends on peak-hour guest concentration rather than room count standard: the Camurri technical department provides customized sizing for each specific case.
Do the machines need to be connected to the main water supply?
Yes, with the exception of the HWB, T.3, CT, and CTR models.
Clarification: Water Supply and Maintenance
- Models connected directly to the main water supply are engineered for professional, continuous operation. To maintain machine performance and ensure long-term reliability, using purified water is recommended, particularly in areas with hard water.
Scale accumulation is one of the primary operational challenges faced by hospitality properties, as limescale deposits can affect components and system performance over time.
Our stainless steel construction makes every unit highly resilient, allowing for intensive descaling and thorough cleaning when necessary. However, operating with properly treated water remains the most effective practice to minimize scale buildup, protect the machine, and extend its lifespan over time..
How long do the thermal containers maintain temperature?
CT and CTR containers featuring the Double Jacket System experience a temperature drop of just 4–5 °C per hour, easily handling room service, floor distribution, and outdoor areas.
Can the trolleys be customized to order?
Yes. In addition to the Open and Cabinet models, the customizable CO.CA.CH 18/10 stainless steel trolley features adjustable shelves, pull-out drawers, storage compartments, and optional integrated heating or cooling systems.
Are paper filters required?
No. The entire Termorapid line and L’Americana use a permanent, washable, and reusable stainless steel filter.
Does Camurri also provide after-sales support after installation?
All machines come with a one-year warranty. Camurri, in partnership with a widespread local service network, delivers immediate technical assistance. For high-profile accounts where our units are integral to the property’s brand identity, we also offer back-up replacement units to prevent operational downtime.
