The problem of collective catering is the scale
01.Volumes that desktop machines can’t handle
The Termorapid line goes up to 100 and 200 litres, the HWU and HWB boilers to 50, the BM bain-marie containers up to 50 litres, also in double and triple versions with independent modules. These are the capacities on which a service for hundreds of meals is based.
02.Automated and programmable production
From 25 litres upwards, the Termorapid models are automatic, with connection to the water mains and a programmable timer: production starts automatically before the shift, without supervision.
03.Short shifts, short recovery times
Between one cycle and the next, only a few minutes pass. The HWU water boiler connected to the mains produces hot water continuously without any manual intervention, while the independent water baths BM.D and BM.T modules allow for simultaneous serving and refilling.
04.Industrial cleaning and no consumables
18/10 stainless steel throughout the range, removable inner pot on the water baths, permanent stainless steel filter on the coffee machines. No paper filters to buy, store and dispose of: on volumes of this kind, the difference is noticeable at the end of the year.

Frequently asked questions
What is the maximum capacity of the Camurri machines?
The Termorapid line for filter coffee, tea and infusions goes up to 100 and 200 litres. Boilers and bain-marie containers go up to 50 litres, with double and triple versions in independent modules to multiply the service.
Can the machines start automatically before the shift?
A programmable timer can be installed on the machines on request. For the larger units, the timer is installed as standard.
What is the difference between HWU and HWB kettles?
The HWU connects directly to the water supply and produces continuously, without manual labour: it is the choice for large volumes. The HWB is manually filled, does not require a water connection and can be moved, so it is suitable for secondary service points.
Do you need paper filters?
No. The entire Termorapid line uses a permanent, washable and reusable stainless steel filter. On collective catering volumes, this is a recurring cost that disappears.
How is the beverage transported from the kitchen to the serving points?
With the thermal containers CT and CTR, which lose only 4-5 °C per hour and are attached to the stainless steel trolleys with a bayonet fitting.
Camurri provides collective catering services and participates in tenders?
Yes, Camurri collaborates with the main Italian and international collective catering companies, actively participating in the design and providing technical support in preparing the responses to tenders.
